We are Nych Group, LLC (“the Company”), a company headquartered in Charlotte NC that specializes in designing, marketing, and shipping outdoor products for the dot com space. We sell our products directly to consumers all over the US as well as through large dot com retailers. Our brands include Zippity Outdoor Products, WamBam Fence, and Enclo Privacy Screens.  

Scope
This policy applies all personal information collected to quote, sell, ship, and service the Company’s products, all related business activities, and any further business relationship with the Company. “Personal information” being defined as any piece of data that can be used to identify you as a natural person (meaning you as an individual, as opposed to you as a representative of a legal entity).

We respect your right to privacy and will only process personal information as required to conduct normal business operations.

The Company does not share personal information except as required to conduct normal business activities with our service providers, affiliates, business partners, or other trusted partners. At any given point you have the right to request from us the full disclosure of what data you provide exactly do we share and with whom.

What information we collect
The Company collects customer first names, last names, street addresses, cities, states, provinces, and zip/postal codes to be able to process orders, ship products, provide customer service, and perform related business activities. This information may be collected directly from end users or transmitted by a trusted partner where end users purchase our products.

Under specific circumstances the Company will have to ask you for additional information - for example, your phone number or email address if you require support. You have the right to request that this data be removed at any point in time if it is no longer necessary for us to provide you with said service.

The means by which the Company collects information
All the data the Company collects from you is either gathered directly from you or from one of our trusted partners.

Data collected directly from you is gathered via the phone, email, website forms, or other equivalent forms of communication.

Data collected from trusted partners is transmitted electronically when you place an order on their platform.

Data storage
All and any information that the Company gathers from you is stored and processed on our secure servers or those of our trusted partners. The Company implements strict technological and procedural measures to keep your data safe and secure.

The Company will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your personal data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

At any point in time, you have the right to request that the Company deletes or obfuscates any data that may be used to identify you as an individual. However, please bear in mind that by doing so, you may be required to cancel a part of the products or services that the Company provides you, as the Company may not be able to provide you with that product or service without that data.

Usage of your information
The Company will use the information the Company collects from you in the following ways:

For the performance of a contract: the development, compliance and undertaking of the purchase contract for the products, items or services you have purchased or of any other contract with us through the service.

To contact You: To contact You by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as informative communications regarding order status, shipping status, or customer service requests.

To provide you with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events which we offer that are like those that you have already purchased or enquired about unless you have opted not to receive such information.

To manage your requests: To attend and manage your requests to us.

For business transfers: the Company may use your information to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Data held by us about our service users is among the assets transferred.

For other purposes: the Company may use your information for other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and to evaluate and improve our Service, products, services, marketing and your experience.

The Company may provide some data that can’t be used to identify you to 3rd parties in order to develop our platform, the CCP and the services we provide in general.     

Local laws
Please be aware that we are subject to various laws and under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose Your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).
