We are Nych Group, LLC (“the Company”), a company headquartered in Charlotte NC that specializes in designing, marketing, and shipping outdoor products for the dot com space. We sell our products directly to consumers all over the US as well as through large dot com retailers. Our brands include Zippity Outdoor Products, WamBam Fence, and Enclo Privacy Screens.

This policy applies all personal information collected to quote, sell, ship, and service the Company’s products, all related business activities, and any further business relationship with the Company. “Personal information” being defined as any piece of data that can be used to identify you as a natural person (meaning you as an individual, as opposed to you as a representative of a legal entity).

The Company collects customer first names, last names, street addresses, cities, states, provinces, and zip/postal codes to be able to process orders, ship products, provide customer service, and perform related business activities. This information may be collected directly from end users or transmitted by a trusted partner where end users purchase our products.

Under specific circumstances the Company will have to ask you for additional information - for example, your phone number or email address if you require support. You have the right to request that this data be removed at any point in time if it is no longer necessary for us to provide you with said service.

The means by which the Company collects information
All the data the Company collects from you is either gathered directly from you or from one of our trusted partners.

Data collected directly from you is gathered via the phone, email, website forms, or other equivalent forms of communication.

Data collected from trusted partners is transmitted electronically when you place an order on their platform.
