\n Watch this video for important information on motor freight\n shipping. WamBam cannot guarantee delivery of a shipment by a\n specific date due to external factors out of our control. If you\n choose to cancel your order after it has shipped (regardless of\n delivery delays), you will be responsible for all shipping costs\n WamBam incurred- both there and back. WamBam hires 3rd party\n trucking companies to deliver your product. The trucking company\n will call you to set up a delivery appointment and will usually give\n a 3-4 hour delivery window. Deliveries are scheduled during business\n hours, Monday through Friday. If you take time off work for your\n delivery appointment and it is delayed or gets rescheduled, we\n cannot reimburse for lost wages. Because delays do occasionally\n happen, schedule contractors or installers only after your fence\n arrives and is inspected for damage. If a team of installers shows\n up and your fence is not yet there, we cannot reimburse these costs.\n WamBam's custom pallets will not fit on a lift gate because they are\n so large. Because of this, you need to be home for delivery and\n ready to unload the boxes by hand. Typically, the truck driver will\n hand off the individual boxes to you, but they are not required to.\n We recommend recruiting a helper if possible.\n

Damages

\n You agree to count the boxes to ensure you have received them all\n and inspect them for damage. Please do not sign the delivery receipt\n until you have done so. Mark any damages or shortages on the\n delivery receipt and call us right away. Please do not refuse\n delivery; we will replace damaged product free of charge. The only\n way we have recourse with the trucking company is if you mark the\n damages on the delivery receipt. Replacement parts will be shipped\n same or next business day through FedEx Home Delivery. To keep our\n fence affordable, we cannot ship replacement boxes overnight.\n

Returns

\n You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused and uninstalled\n product. All returned product must be intact (i.e. no half empty\n boxes) and in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund. If\n you need to return your entire shipment or a significant number of\n boxes, it may be more economical to ship motor freight, even though\n there will be special handling fees and residential charges from the\n trucking company. Because of this, please keep the custom pallet\n your product arrived on until your project is complete. You are\n responsible for all return shipping costs. WamBam is happy to help\n you arrange return shipping to get reduced shipping rates—both for\n FedEx and motor freight-- but shipping costs will be deducted from\n your refund. Any shipping costs you may have previously paid for are\n not refundable.\n

Permits & Safety

\n Prior to ordering, it's important to ensure you get any permits and\n permissions you may need for your project. If you need to return\n your project because it does not meet HOA requirements or local\n ordinances, your refund will be reduced by all associated shipping\n costs that WamBam incurred- both there and back. For your safety,\n it's critical that you contact local utilities or call/visit\n call811.com prior to installation to avoid puncturing any\n underground utilities.\n

\n For Aluminum Sales Only\n

\n Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on preassembled aluminum\n panels. Because these boxes are so large, FedEx is not able to ship\n them. Even if they are returned via motor freight on the pallet they\n arrived on, they will not get back to us without substantial damage.\n This is because homeowners do not have access to special equipment\n required to protect the pallets prior to shipping. Even though we\n use industrial equipment to protect the pallets, transit damage does\n occasionally happen to preassembled panels. If you need a\n replacement panel, WamBam will send replacement pieces or\n unassembled panels via FedEx Home Delivery. As a reminder, we cannot\n FedEx full preassembled panel(s) due to FedEx size restrictions. We\n are happy to credit you the difference of a preassembled panel if\n this happens.\n

Communication

\n You can expect to receive 3 emails, and we ask you to read them.\n Notification the product has shipped. Information on how to track\n your order. Please note that LTL carriers are notorious for not\n having updated, real-time information so if something seems odd, try\n not to panic and call Lorraine from MI Logistics. Communication from\n Lorraine at MI Logistics with important information about shipping\n and delivery. You will want to flag this email as she's the one you\n will want to contact first with any delivery problems.\n

Final Thoughts
