I would rate my experience with WamBam 5 Stars. From my initial request for information, I was provided a quote very quickly and was able to speak with Robert over the phone to get the details ironed out. The freight delivery was completely fine and worked out well. One of the biggest parts of this process was the ability to rent a post pounder directly from you folks and for a reasonable fee. Also - when I decided to go with a bit larger of a fenced area, I was able to call and order additional sections which were ordered and shipped immediately - so I was able to complete my project in a shorter period of time. This made the installation go quickly and efficiently. I would 100% do this project again with WamBam and I will certainly be reaching out when I have more fencing needs in the future! In fact, I have already spoken with a neighbor and passed the information over to you folks for another potential customer.
Given the compliments I've received from neighbors and family members, y'all get a 5 star rating from me.
My experience so far:
1. The gate was the hardest due to the length of the poles, but once we had practice putting a couple up, it was much smoother.
2. It was a bit difficult getting the pickets to match from fence to fence when making an angle due to the uneven nature of the front yard, but overall it turned out great.
3. The fear of hitting water pipes to the house (our city only marks to the main meter), was on our mind, but thankfully we missed all pipes including gas and electric :)
4. The distance from the pickets to the top of the posts is varying due to how we installed. Our last step will be going post by post and cutting off tops of the posts to even out the measurements.
We needed a fence to keep our dog from becoming a coyote snack! We also had to install it on concrete and the Jiminy Picket fence worked out great!
