How to start a return

Call us at 877-778-5733 to arrange your return. For smaller FedEx returns, we will email you prepaid shipping labels once your return is set up.

Return guidelines

1. No open or partial boxes. We cannot accept boxes that have been opened and partially used. If a partial box is returned, it cannot be resold as a complete unit and we will be unable to issue a refund for that product. You will also be responsible for the return shipping cost.
2. Return shipping is your responsibility. Our FedEx rates are heavily discounted off retail, but shipping costs for larger or heavier items can still be significant. Keep this in mind before deciding what to return.
3. Drop off at a FedEx location if possible. FedEx charges a per-box home pickup fee of $9.99. To avoid this charge, drop your boxes off at your nearest FedEx store instead.
4. Consider the value before shipping small items. For lightweight items like caps, the return shipping cost can sometimes exceed the value of the product itself — especially for customers in states further from our warehouse. Use your judgment, and if you're unsure, call us first.
5. Returning more than 5 boxes? Call us before shipping anything. We can help coordinate the most cost-effective return method and make sure everything goes smoothly.

Important: Only sealed, complete boxes in original packaging are eligible for a refund. Open or partial boxes cannot be accepted.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days.
