When I started exploring my options for vinyl fencing, there was quite a shortage of fencing in our area, probably across the country, because COVID had everyone staying home with time on their hands. I couldn't find anyone locally to do mine so I turned to the internet and stumbled on the WamBam Fence website. I had no idea that there was such a thing as no-dig fencing but boy did I like the sound of it. I did some number crunching and found that it was competitively priced and within my budget even taking shipping into consideration. I submitted a request for quote and found the customer service was excellent. I ordered a sample and watch all the videos while waiting for it to arrive. Truth be told, I was 99% sold before I ordered the sample but as a novice thought I had better do my due diligence. I worked with my sales representative to get the order squared away, including renting a motorized post-pounder, which may have been the smartest decision I made besides ordering the fence to begin with. A short fence run could be driven with a hand-pounder but I had a lot of fence posts and patience is not my strong suit. The motorized pounder made quick work of them. But my favorite thing about it is that it was just a really cool tool and fun to operate. Never in a million years would I have guessed that I would enjoy putting in fence posts. I had done it with traditional fencing and a post-hole digger that wore hole through my leather gloves and blistered my hands. The instructions were excellent. Customer service and support were excellent. I measured everything and planned the layout carefully, as a novice should. I took my time with the first few sections but they were done in no time and my neighbors started asking where I learned to install fencing like that, as if I really knew what I was doing. Now, I'm kind of a handy guy to begin with so I learn pretty fast but I'm a product designer by trade and I can't even count the number of times I've tackled a home improvement project without questioning the design, including my own. I'm not perfect. I know my limitations. But let me tell you, there is no question in my mind regarding the design of WamBam fence. It's fantastic. I can't imagine doing it any other way. And now my neighbors can't either. As a first time installer, I not only hit the ball over the fence but completely out of the park. I cannot say enough POSITIVE things about Wambam. From Day 1 talking to Rob and him explaining every detail and option for our design we wanted for our large inground pool. The shipping was very quick with delivery of 290square ft of fencing came neatly wrapped and compacted. My husband and I installed the fence ourselves in a timely matter . Very easy to install. The fence is made of great quality. So save your self 1000s of dollars from a professional, you wont be disappointed. I added the final touch of some solar caps on the posts and at night it looks stunning . Thank you Wambam for excellent service through our whole installation .

The customer service was awesome. I know we had a little glitch here in there with the arrival time of the product, but that was totally not their fault, and the team was especially helpful trying to locate it. Thank you for all your help!
