I am SO thrilled with how well my fence turned out! We had over 400ft of Steady Freddy installed, it took about a week but looks amazing! We also had a custom trash enclosure made with leftover parts and fence. We truly couldn't be happier!

I recently installed about 220 feet of the WamBam Steady Freddy Tan fencing. I couldn't be happier with the finished product or the ease of installation! I ran across the WamBam website while I was searching online for vinyl fencing. I was dreading having to dig traditional post holes in the rock hard, clay soil, around my home ( I have two shoulders that probably need surgery! LOL!) I saw the WamBam process and I started to think "Maybe this is the solution I've been looking for"...but I was still skeptical about being able to drive the anchors into my soil. I contacted WamBam and Linda was very helpful in answering my questions, easing my mind about driving the anchors, and helping me determine exactly what I needed for my project. WamBam's customer service has been excellent throughout! My fears about driving the anchors proved to be nothing. I rented one of the gas post pounders. My 12 yr old son helped me and between us we had all 32 anchors positioned and installed in only a few afternoons, working after I got home from work. Once we had the positions laid out, my son would hold the anchor upright and I would climb a step ladder with the post pounder (the Steady Freddy anchors are 8' long). My son would check for plumb with a small level and I would run the pounder. We were driving an anchor every 2 or 3 minutes (this included stopping frequently to see that we were maintaining plumb), once we had the positions worked out. I was amazed! We have some nasty, tough clay by our home. The gas pounder works so good, my 12 yr old would drive the post the last 10 to 12 inches, with no effort. The most time consuming part of my install was the fact that several of my fence sections had to be shortened to make the panels all look even. This wasn't difficult. I just had to take my time and measure twice and cut once! WamBam's vinyl material cuts easily with a simple circular saw. (I used a miter saw for cutting the horizontal sections and a table saw for cutting the panels. You don't need these types of saws, but I have them, so that is what I used). The trickiest thing to build and install was the 6' gate. I had to reread the directions several times and check the dimensions several times, to get the pieces together correctly. Once the gate was assembled, the rest of the install was pretty easy. I am ordering a second latch mechanism, from WamBam, for this gate. This gate is pretty wide and tall and it is a little flimsy with only one latch at the top of the gate. I was worried my dog would be able to push through the bottom corner. A second latch will take care of this. I love my WamBam fence! It looks great! The tan color looks amazing. The install was a snap. I have lots of people commenting on how great this fence looks! I recommend WamBam to everyone who asks!
