These areas are hurricane prone and require special permits. Since certification is costly and time consuming, combined with the fact that there are many certified fences available in these counties, we have chosen not to participate in this rigorous process.

Although we are only aware of these counties with special requirements, all customers are responsible for knowing what their local regulations and laws will and will not allow.

Especially if you live in south Florida, we always recommend that you check with your local city bylaws and HOA ordinances before purchasing your fence. Failure to do so can result in costly returns!
