We understand that your trust needs to be earned, particularly when you are spending potentially thousands of dollars on an entire fence project. We encourage you to work with one of our friendly Project Consultants before placing your order. WamBam Project Consultants pride themselves on answering all of your questions when determining if our fence is right for your project. Our goal is to prevent you from having to return any product!
You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused and uninstalled product. The only exception to this is our preassembled aluminum panels. Please see below for further information.
All returned products must be intact (no missing parts) and be in original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
There are 2 ways to return our product. No matter what way your product comes back to us, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
FedEx:
If you only have a few boxes to return, this is the quickest and most economical way.
Motor Freight:
A motor freight return requires a little more work from you. We understand things happen out of your control and you may have to return some or all of your product. The only way to return a large order is the way you received it. You must have your pallet(s) or we cannot set up a return. Our boxes are large and the only way to protect them from damage during shipping is by using our oversized pallets.
We will do everything we can to help make your return as smooth as possible. Please know returning a motor freight order requires extra patience.
EXCEPTION: Preassembled Aluminum Panels
FedEx: These boxes are simply too large and heavy.
Motor Freight: Unless you are returning your entire aluminum order, you cannot ship preassembled panels back to us for a refund. They will not meet the minimum weight requirement and will be severely damaged during shipment.
Please note that while our fencing meets code requirements for the majority of the country, there are some counties that have specialized fence code (Miami-Dade county is a perfect example). It's very important that you get not only HOA approval but also a fence permit if necessary before you order your fence project. Many counties require a permit before you can install your fence.
