Now in its 37th year, Entrepreneur Of The Year is one of the preeminent competitive business awards for transformative entrepreneurs and leaders of high-growth companies who are building a more equitable, sustainable, and prosperous world for all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Denise Shields was selected by an independent panel of judges. Entrepreneurs were evaluated based on their demonstration of building long-term value through entrepreneurial spirit, purpose, growth, and impact, among other core contributions and attributes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nych Brands designs and ships DIY backyard product kits exclusively designed for the dot com market. Shields moved from Canada more than 13 years ago to co-found the business. \u201cStarting a business from the ground up has been a constant stream of highs and lows,\u201d says Shields. \u201cIt is truly an honor to be recognized for these efforts by being named a finalist for Entrepreneur of the Year. Nych Brands\u2019 success is ultimately due to a great team of people working together, and I\u2019m excited to see what the future holds for us.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regional award winners will be announced on June 22 during a special celebration.
