Once all items are in stock, WamBam makes every effort to ship your delivery from our warehouse as quickly as possible. We contract with various truck carriers to deliver your fence to you. Most of the time, deliveries happen without delays or problems. However, in our recent experience the trucking industry, like so many others, are experiencing complications and difficulties due to COVID-19. The increase in volume and staffing complications caused by COVID-19 have strained their capacity causing significant delays.
Once your pallet leaves our dock we have limited control in managing your delivery. You will receive an email from our logistics manager after your order ships and you are welcome to reach out to her with questions or concerns. Your fence consultant will also go over estimated delivery dates specific to your order at the time you place it.
WE VERY STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT schedule installers for your project based upon your anticipated delivery date. Because delivery dates can change for any number of reasons beyond our control, having to cancel or reschedule an installer could result in expensive charges from your installer that WamBam cannot be responsible for. We also cannot reimburse you for any lost wages or inconvenience due to a delayed motor freight delivery.
