WamBam Fence is the world's only vinyl fence system that can ship UPS. This offers many benefits, particularly for smaller orders (less than 10 panels or so). Most companies can only ship fencing via transport truck, meaning you have high shipping costs for smaller orders. With our product being UPSable, it cuts down shipping costs signifcantly for smaller jobs. There are also plenty of other benefits: You don't have to worry about transport trucks coming down your driveway, you don't have to worry about large and cumbersome boxes or loose panels, and you don't even have to be home when your product is delivered. Best of all, you can order as much or as little as you can afford at one time. 

What To Expect

UPS is our carrier of choice, and your product will be delivered in individual boxes by a UPS driver operating a standard brown truck. The driver will bring your boxes to your doorstep. Although we recommend that you make an effort to be home when your boxes are delivered, if you are not home, your product will be left where you can see it. In the event that you wish product to be left elsewhere (for example, at the side of your house), let us know when you place your order and we will do everything we can to communicate this to the driver.

We generally UPS product within 1 business day of order receipt to ensure that you'll get your order as quickly as possible. Click here to see UPS transit times.

Missing or Damaged Boxes

Unfortunately, boxes occasionally do get damaged. When this happens, it is the responsibility of UPS and not WamBam Fence. Before you sign for your shipment, inspect your boxes carefully. If a box looks damaged, inspect the contents. If the contents are damaged, refuse delivery and contact us immediately. If you are not home and your boxes are delivered damaged, call us right away. 

In the event of missing boxes, track your shipment at UPS.com with the tracking number you received via email. Sometimes boxes get separated in transit. Nine times out of ten, your missing box will show up the following day. If you track your box and there appears to be a UPS exception error or it appears that we missed a box in shipment, please call us right away and we'll make it right.
